- Some members of the prison's Investigative Services Unit, essentially an internal affairs team, apparently belonged to the Green Wall. An Investigative Services Unit officer gave a green knife engraved with a Green Wall symbol to a colleague to celebrate a promotion, the report found, a violation of prison rules regarding the control of weapons.
