                  Little surprised you might be to get a mail from me. However, I think you will not look upon this mail as an intrusion ... Infact I was toying with this idea of writting you mail for quite sometime. But I chose to procrastinate as I had other obligations to deliver... so this idea seemed to have gone to indefnite queue...So how have you been doing all these days? I learnt from Ranjeet (your running mate at the GE Project @ Hyderabad) that the project ran into ensemble as with the passage of time there creeped in complexity. Any chance getting a fresh lease on the project? - as you already have elapsed the time as in the Contract- I guess:-).  I am thankful to you that your actions in Singapore (post Training visit to Singapore) lead to my withdrawl from the project. On your remark that "I did not carry myself around on the GE premises as a Consultant". I do agree with that. I did not. But then I was told to do so from my then employer. I was asked to take the back seat and not to interact much with the GE people as they did not want to show that the KeySoft representative was not well trained on Cognos suite of products (Refrence a mail from Forrest Palmer)... And if you recall I did not have all those manuals and the M/C to work with...that made things a bit boring fo me...and hence the sleep... I am not justifying that....but there are things beyond one's control... much on your cost though did I not ask you questions and interact with you even while you were on Cigarette breaks in between... which I guess was quite frequent...I MUST CONFESS...that I have learnt quite a lot while on training... which are helpful as work from one project to another. Thanks Manning. Please take no offence on the sleep I had while on Training as I did not sleep even a single night all through my stay in Hydearbad. Something was bothering me. You know that...don't you?

Manning, I earnestly request you not share the content of this mail with Ram Gudru... as it might have repercussions... back in KeySoft. Thanks god that you shared (I had requested you not to...) "my intention to change the job" with Ranjeet and not Ram... and thanks to Ranjeet that he did not pass it to then employer...otherwise my days would have been tough in KeySoft. Infact, beacause of Ram sharing a similar story of one of our consultants with the BOSS at KeySoft things have come to the point of impossible. He has been fired. Though he has got much better a job. But those last days were tough for him. One sincere piece of advice... Please be very careful in what you talk if there are any chances things travelling back to India... as in India getting a job or switching over from one company to another is not just as easy as in Australia!!! I, however, appreciate your concern for the well being of the project at GE. Please be informed that I have left KeySoft.

I am extermely sorry having not invited you on my wedding... but that has nothing to do what happened!!! I take this pleasure to invite you at my place as and when you are in Bangalore!!!
