There must have been lbs of the stuff so I thought that they did not really like it and went in search of a dry food they did like. I settled on a mix of cat and very high protein working puppy food which was nearly all dried meat. I used this for years until the feed manufacturers started to produce a food just for ferrets I tried one for a couple of years ( I can't even remember its name ) but although it was only the base of my ferrets diet I could tell the ferrets were slowly losing condition. - Daily I receive written and verbal testimonials to this from pet owners worldwide who have switched from feeding commercial pet food - because of innumerable health problems in their pets - and have instituted the nutritional principles outlined in my book “Give Your Dog a Bone” with magnificent results. ...
- I believe that when we vets recommend any form of cooked and processed food we fail our clients and their pets in a major way. ...
