Mark Thomas is a British comedian, presenter and reporter from south London. He first came to light on the BBC Radio 1 comedy show Loose Talk in the late 1980s, which he presented with Kevin Day.
He previously presented political comedy shows, The Mark Thomas Comedy Product and The Mark Thomas Product on Channel 4, after successfully establishing himself on the stand-up comedy circuit in the UK. He left Channel 4 after they refused to air a program on corporate accountability and corporate manslaughter laws - a cause he had campaigned for - on the scheduled date, in favour of coverage of the Queen Mother's funeral.
