Since its beginning in 1988, the Program has developed arts initiatives among artists and academic and cultural arts institutions in Ohio and in Argentina, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, India, Japan, Mexico, Russia and Spain. The Program provides grants to help nonprofit educational, cultural and arts organizations, individual artists, performers, educators, arts managers and administrators develop model projects and innovative partnerships that increase Ohioans' access to international arts activities. ...
